Rochester Housing Authority Tenant Profile Numbers and Trends for the Years 1999 & 2007

The Rochester Housing Authority asked CGR to develop the agency's first ever "tenant profile," so that the agency has a comprehensive understanding of the Public Housing and Section 8 tenants it serves. The profile covers the year 1999 (and related census data) and shows how the profile changed by early 2007.
