CGR's history goes back to 1915 and includes study and recommendations related to many current local governments and institutions, including the City of Rochester, Monroe County and Monroe County Community College, as well as other cities within and outside of New York State. You can browse our list of report titles from 1915 to 1975 and reach out to us if you are interested in obtaining a scanned copy of a report.
