North East Joint Fire District Evaluation of Operations: Review of Current Operations and Recommendations for Change
In 2015, officials for the Northeast Joint Fire District in Webster and Penfield, NY contracted with CGR to conduct an analysis of their district and two associated fire departments regarding the quality of operations, fiscal planning and opportunities for efficiency. As a result of the study, the board of fire commissioners has chosen to pursue adjusting their service contracts to use only a single fire department and implementing performance improvement measures.
